As a RN, I have worked the night shift for the past 7
years. I have not really had a problem sleeping during the day until about
4 months ago. Even with blackout curtins and wooden blinds closed, I was
still having a hard time falling and staying asleep. I found your product
and decided to give it a try since I didn't want to seal my windows with
aluminum foil as that was the only solution I could find on the internet for
total darkness. I can tell you that I could not be happier with the
Blackout EZ Window Covers!! They really do provide total darkness to my
bedroom. I have had the best nights sleep for the past week, ever since I
put them up. My body has gotten used to sleeping during the day, since I
have fooled it with darkness. The were also a breeze to install. Very
simple and quick. Since I put the safety of my patients before everything
else, I can say I come to work fully rested and ready for what the night
