For starters, I live in Hawaii and we are used to not only paying very high prices for shipping, but waiting a long time for deliveries. I was so very pleasantly surprised when my order arrived 2 days after shipping! And the cost of shipping was very fair. I had it up within an hour of receiving it!

This is my second time ordering and using these shades, so obviously I am very happy with the product. Like others have said, I tried a lot of other ways to black out my large patio door in the bedroom. Everything either looked terrible or didn't stay up. Finally, a solution that both my husband and I are happy with! Thank you for a great product and great service.
