Great product, great customer service. Watching the video of how to install the product really sold me on it! I've been using the white/white custom blackout cover in my bedroom for a few weeks now and I love it. I have a brand new vinyl window on the wall behind my headboard and I was worried that the warranty would be void if I put film directly on the vinyl (not sure if the blackout covers count as "film", but didn't want to test it) so I installed the hook and loop tape directly on the flat wood casing around the window instead. Works beautifully to keep the room really dark at all times of day/night. I've got "blackout" curtains in another bedroom and they don't even come close to darkening the room compared to the BlackoutEZ Window Cover product. The hook and loop tape design does a great job of sealing out the light!
