I received my Blackout EZ Window Covers yesterday and they are great, thank you.

They fit perfectly and were very easy to install.

After so many years of being a night shift worker / day sleeper and using (so-called) black out curtains that allowed light through the top, bottom, etc., it is fantastic to finally have a product that actually works.

Blackout EZ Window Covers work exactly as said they would, easy to install, easy to remove if necessary, and most importantly of all, complete darkness in my room to allow me to sleep better.

I also want to express my gratitude to the employees at Blackout EZ that I have had the pleasure in communicating with.

I learned of Blackout EZ on Amazon, which lead me to your home page to order custom sizes.

After seeing no option on your site for overseas military addresses I contacted Blackout EZ.

I received very quick and very personable replies stating your company was able to ship to overseas military addresses, followed by another e-mail stating you had added the overseas military address option to your web site.

I was surprised and very pleased of your quick action in adding the military shipping option and even providing me with a discount on my purchase.

I am very satisfied with your product, but I am even more satisfied / impressed with your personal customer service. I think it says a lot for your company. The hand written "Thank you" on the shipping invoice (Signed Angela) is a nice personal touch that did not go un-noticed.

I will ensure to let my fellow night shift workers know of your product and of my satisfaction.
